How I review

1. Research first. Before anything enters the house I dig through specs, competitors, and the complaints buried in 2-star reviews — so I know what to stress-test.
2. Live with it. Real use, real weeks, with real kids — not a 20-minute unboxing. Gear gets dropped, ignored, fought over, and rediscovered.
3. A clear verdict. Worth it, or not — and exactly who it’s for. If something isn’t worth the money, I say so.

Who this is for

Parents raising curious, screen-light kids (roughly ages 4–10) who want gear that lasts and ideas that actually help — drawn from positive parenting, Montessori, and self-directed, Acton-style learning. Less hovering, more letting kids figure things out.
