About
I'm a dad and filmmaker. I do the research before buying, live with the product for a few weeks, and then report back — with a clear verdict, not hype. These posts are the written companions to my YouTube videos: the same honest takes, in a format you can skim.
The focus is the stuff that actually helps once your kids are in the thick of it (roughly ages 4–10): gear that lasts, tools for screen-light days, and ideas drawn from positive parenting, Montessori, and self-directed, Acton-style learning. Less hovering, more letting kids figure things out.
If something isn't worth it, I'll say so. Clear verdict, backed by real use.
